IPAS a nonprofit agency providing supportive counseling for women and facilitating open adoptions when that is the birth parent’s plan.  We have a long history of  facilitating adoptions in Central California. Our trainings prepare professionals to know how to incorporate adoption into their counseling programs with birth parents facing an unplanned pregnancy.
